Each month, members receive a newsletter, The Local Buzz, which is full of valuable and timely tips on various topics related to Beekeeping.

We offer Discounts on American Bee Journal subscriptions and info on various other seasonal discounts on equipment, classes, and honey via the newsletter and our local meetings.

To Attend Our Monthly Meetings
Join us from 7-9 PM on the 1st Monday of each month, except for August*. The Meeting is held at the Grass Valley Veteran’s Memorial Building – 255 South Auburn Street in Grass Valley. The Entrance is in the back parking lot.
Club meetings consist of a brief update on current business, news, and board topics followed by a general Question and Answer period open to everyone. We often invite a guest speaker who is announced in our club newsletter. Join our lively question and answer session starting promptly at 7 pm, with refreshments, a brief business discussion, a raffle, and a great program.
We hold a raffle each meeting consisting of various items donated by those in attendance. Thanks to everyone who makes our raffle such an exciting and successful meeting event. One never knows what will show up, which makes it so much fun! Keep the surprises coming.*The August meeting is held at the Nevada County Fair Ground, where we prepare our booth for the fair and follow with a BBQ Dinner.
